Patient: 60-year-old male
Chief Complaint: Multiple missing teeth and dissatisfaction with aesthetics and function. Lower arch missing #36 and 44 to 46
Clinical Assessment:
The patient presented with a combination of compromised restorations, periodontal breakdown, and generalized tooth structure loss in the maxilla and loss of posterior teeth in the mandible. Radiographic evaluation revealed poor bone support available for conventional implant solutions. . no signs of active infection. Large mandibular tori have grown larger over the years. (Patient did not wish to remove them at this time and were asymptomatic)
Treatment Plan
Outcome
A fully functional and esthetically pleasing prosthetic outcome was achieved. The patient regained confidence in both speech and mastication, with significant improvements in facial esthetics and oral hygiene capability.
